• Contract and course data: booked service, appointments, attendance, level assessments.
• Content data: documents you provide (e.g. CV, application dossier) for processing on your behalf.
• Health data (training area only): information from the PAR-Q health form, exclusively for safe training planning.
• Technical data: server log data generated when the website is accessed (IP address, time, file retrieved).

3 · Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed exclusively to provide the agreed services, to communicate with you, for invoicing and to fulfil legal obligations. Processing is based on contract performance, your consent (health data) or an overriding interest in the secure operation of the website.

4 · No disclosure to third parties

Your data is not sold and not passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary to provide the service (e.g. hosting provider, accounting), you have expressly consented, or there is a legal obligation. Health data is particularly sensitive and is processed only with express consent.

5 · Retention

• Invoicing documents: 10 years (statutory retention obligation under social-insurance and tax law).
• Other data: deleted after the cooperation ends, as soon as there is no longer a legitimate need.
• Health forms: stored under lock and deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for training planning.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time.
